Our application process has four sequential steps in advance of enrollment. At each step, we will work with you to obtain key information necessary to determine eligibility for enrollment. All information collected at each phase remains confidential and data is managed in accordance with FERPA and HIPPA regulations.
Step 1. Student Interest Form
As a first step, please fill out this Interest Form and we will contact you.
Attend an Open House: At the Open House you will be able to tour the facility, meet the MCP staff and schedule a personalized tour and consultation meeting.
Step 2 Personalized Tour and Consultation Meeting
During the meeting you and your student (if appropriate), will observe classes, discuss your student’s educational needs, and schedule a shadow date for your student.
Step 3. Student Shadow
To determine if MCP is a good match students are required to attend MCP, meet fellow students and participate in classes. Some students may come for part of a school day at first, and some make multiple visits in order to become gently familiar with our community.
Step 4. On-line Application
After the shadow date we encourage families to complete the application for enrollment forms and submit required documents.
After we receive the completed application and required supporting documents we will make an enrollment determination and send you written notification of acceptance.
